We’ve made holding your Michigan real estate salesperson license with Michigan Real Estate License Holding Company easy!

Simply click the “Sign-Up/Renew” link in the menu, add the annual holding fee to your cart, and choose either “New Enrollment” or “Renewal.”

For new enrollments, once you’ve completed the process, download the enrollment agreement, sign it, and return it to us within three calendar days. You’ll also need to initiate the license transfer through the MiPLUS system used by LARA.
